For CABB members who want to publish their BizBuySell listings to the CABB website.


Overview

This guide explains how to:

  1. Create a free CABB‑only BizBuySell account (if you don’t already have one).
  2. Link your BizBuySell BrokerWorks account to your CABB account.
  3. Distribute your active listings to display on the CABB website.

Tip: If you already have a BizBuySell account, skip to Link BizBuySell to CABB.


Prerequisites

  • An active CABB membership with a valid cabb.org username and password.
  • A BizBuySell BrokerWorks account (you can create one for free in step 1).
  • Pop‑ups allowed for BizBuySell (needed for the CABB login window).

1) Create a Free CABB‑Only BizBuySell Account

  1. Go to https://cabb.org/bizbuysell.
  2. In the right‑hand box, enter your cabb.org username and password to start account creation.

  3. Complete the BizBuySell registration form and submit.

Result: Your free BizBuySell account is created. Next, link it to CABB so your listings can be distributed.


2) Link BizBuySell (BrokerWorks) to Your CABB Account

  1. Sign in to BizBuySell BrokerWorks: https://bizbuysell.com/brokers/Login.aspx
  2. From the left navigation, open Networking Tools → Listing Distribution.

  3. On the Listing Distribution page, find CABB in the partner list and click Manage.

  4. At the top of the CABB section, click the link to log in to CABB. A pop‑up appears. Enter your cabb.org username and password, then click Login.

  5. When linking succeeds, you’ll see a green box confirming your accounts are linked.

3) Distribute Your Listings to the CABB Website

After linking, choose which listings to send to CABB:

  1. On the CABB section of the Listing Distribution page, select each listing by checking the box in the “Distribute to CABB” column.
    • To push everything, use the All link.
  2. Click Submit to save and distribute.

Notes for BrokerWorks Agent Plans

  • If a listing is assigned to an agent, it appears on the CABB site under the broker name until the agent logs in to their free BrokerWorks Agent account and links it to a CABB account.

Troubleshooting & Tips

  • Can’t see “CABB” on Listing Distribution? Ensure you’re on the BrokerWorks dashboard (not the public BizBuySell site) and that you used the Networking Tools → Listing Distribution path.
  • Login popup blocked? Allow pop‑ups for BizBuySell in your browser and try again.
  • Credentials rejected? Confirm you’re using the correct cabb.org credentials for the CABB login step (not your BizBuySell credentials).
  • Listings not appearing on CABB after Submit? Reopen the CABB section and confirm the checkboxes are still selected and the “Distributed?” column shows a green check. Allow a few minutes for sync.
  • Agent vs. Broker display names: If you use an Agent plan, the listing shows under the broker name until the agent links their own account.
